i'm having a hard time keeping it together as toni's departure to faraway lands gets closer and closer. i'm feeling an array of really overwhelming emotions. in the meantime, we had some fun over the weekend. got to have some bloody mary's at pizza luce, got out to dinner and finally made it to the homo (lady) friendly new space (Pi). that was fun. just to be out in a really comfortable space together. and to be proud of the Mpls homo (lady) community that put it together and is supporting it. i'm definitely a fan. we also made it to the one of the lakes that toni grew up near and watched the beautiful sunset. monday morning involved lots of tears from both parties, but once we got it together we were productive and got some pre packing shopping done and hooked up my air conditioning and spent some good quality time together. anyway, i feel ok. i'm up and down. but i know it'll be okay. |
