it's been a busy weekend so far with the catching up on much needed sleep, beating two new friends in scrabble (they talked themselves up so much i was thinking it might be a challenge, where are you sw? my one and only scrabble competition) and byerly's runs and invitations to sex toy shops (apparently we have a women/lesbian owned sex toy shop much like grand opening in this part of the world) and lots and lots of conversations plus i spent some time yesterday working on my mom's friend's thesis again, which reminds me why i was so relieved when i finished my own. i'm doing laundry now and trying to track down some friends and figuring out what to do with my day. i got invited to smoke the smoke and watch golden girls all day but i'm pretty damn sure i couldn't handle the golden girls with brain alterators or not so i think i'm going to have to pass on that one. |
