so, last weekend was may day and it was a beautiful beautiful day out and although we missed the parade portion of the event but got to see the performance. the only thing that sucked is that toni had to work at the event and the other thing that sucked was that we had to lug tables and chairs and brochures out of the festival (toni did most of the heavy lifting because i seem to have a ruptured a disc in my back - dr appt tomorrow...). but i had a really nice day. |
