i had my first advanced studies in sexuality class last night. seems like a good group of people. i'm excited. we have some reading due for next week. i've actually read some of this coursework before, but it'll be a good refresher and will reintroduce me to the academic world. ps lots of university employees are on strike. i decided not to go on strike. mostly because i was gone all last week and have piles and piles of work to do. but also, i can't risk losing my job. just not a smart move for me. but i am really torn about going in to work when other people are striking. also, today would have been our one year anniversary. just saying. |
