so my fourth involved family brunch time and celebrations (birthdays, long time away from home reunions) and, POKER. so this is funny. last week some time i posted on craigslist that i was looking for some cool folks around town to start a weekly poker game with. of course i posted on strictly platonic. and got no responses. this is because, i'm guessing, NO ONE reads strictly platonic. i'm considering posting in W4W but i think it's slightly deceitful since i have a ladyfriend that i love and am quite happy with. but i also want to get some poker together. so we'll see what i do. anyway, i had a great poker game yesterday with the guys and some of us young folks in which i was up really early, then slowly lost all my money, then bought back in and won $18 bucks on top of what i put back in. so i was the big winner. fun fun stuff. i'm definitely in for a regular game with these folks. let's get it organized people! |
