my first weekend minus my love went quite well. i had friday night dinner with naomi. saturday i did millions of loads of laundry, watched dreamgirls, and decided that i wanted a roomate instead of my own place for the time being (so i spent some time getting that into the works). sunday was pop's day and my whole family headed over to the stone arch bridge arts fest. it was like 90 plus degrees out so i was unpleasantly warm but still had a nice time. then we all went over to the moscovice's for a pop's day bbq and we all hung out and chatted and once the official festivities ended around 7 the poker began and lasted until 10 or so. i lost. this was sad. it was a bad beat. but it was a fun way to spend $10 AND i have a rematch set up against those adult punks next weekend. |
