well i'm back, kind of hesitantly because it wasn't enough time, but i guess it never is, especially when it's vacation and the whole point is to have fun and see friends and eat yummy foods and see places that i've missed. and i did all that. i got to see everyone i wanted (could have used more time w people, but what can you do?). thurs night i had aj and kevin time and we went to christopher's in their hood for salad and nachos in which my luggage had a seat of it's own (it was funny to me to bring my luggage into the restaurant but no one there even seemed to blink). and then thursday morning i trounced out with angela (in the rain and with only one contact in because i managed to scratch one of my eyes in the night so badly that my contact wouldn't stay in) for 7am breakfast. thursday after breakfast i recovered from the early morning trouncing with a nap, and then katey came in from nyc and we made a yummy lasagna dinner for aj, kevin and antonia. and then we had some chill time at home. friday am kt antonia and i went to indian food in porter sq, and then went to lush in harvard and other various harvard stores and coffees, met up with aj in the afternoon, played some karaoke revolution, and met up with meg, linda, sc and some of antonia's friends at zuzu's in central sq where lives the best mojito on the planet as well as very yummy mediterrean foods. then we were off to cuchi cuchi for more drinks and some dancing. saturday was bloody mary breakfast at angelerr's and then we all went to good vibrations in coolidge and met up with A! & J! for some more fun and debauchery, and then in the eveningtime we had a N End yummy foods night. and then walked it off near the waterfront. sunday was jp lunch w Aimee! and karaoke w linda and dinner with kevin and angeller. and then that was it. sad to go. but we shall return. |
