i stayed out of the heat yesterday entirely. a decision i do not regret. today it is less hot but it is a much better day at my house because of the new ac courtesy of abdbandlm. me and magoo were very cool last night thank you very much. and bonnie hooked up some ac's in the rest of the apartment too, so it's cool all around. no more hot dogs. no more hot cats. just cool cats all around. today is the day that i talk on the phone, run a few errands, check my email and watch arrested development season one disc three. the final disc of the season. the disc that i have been avoiding watching because i don't want to finish it because then i'll have to give it back and i really like it. and season two is not available yet so it is a really sad day. and today is also the day that i retrieve my world travelling girlfriend from the boston/logan airport. bring her back to her hot apartment (not sure she's going to be happy about that), and then go from there. not much planned this week, but i will suggest to sw another career resource day in which we buckle down and spend the entire day doing work related stuff and print things and job hunt and such. i do it all the time but it feels more productive when we call it career resource day for some reason. |
