i think magoo is suffering from the heat more than any of the people or animals at my humble abode. the problem is, when the circulation is allowed to run free throughout my whole apartment, the whole place cools down. but i have to keep magoo in my room because bonnie is allergic, so my room is extra stuffy, even with the two fans and the open windows. all magoo does lately is lay like a pile of mushy goo. i guess she didn't do all that much else before. but i'm putting her on high alert to make sure she drinks enough water. last night i cleaned out her water dish and made sure she had cold perfect water and it seemed to have helped because it was nearly empty this morning. it's been hot hot hot here lately. which makes my appetite dwindle down to nearly nothing. so i should put myself on high alert too. yesterday i did eat a yummy burrito and dq. that is enough nutrients for a while i'd say. and today there will be a bbq at aj's. and she will make sure i have some nutrients as well like jose cuervo and margarita mix. the perfect remedy for a hot summer. too bad i can't just drink all day and enjoy not having a job more. |
