i'm never going to be one of those people that becomes best friends with their exes. i'm happy to be in touch. to keep up. but i don't get the circles of people that rotate who dates whom and mix and match and all become great friends. that is not realistic in my world. i am happy that i get to see sarah tomorrow even though it is making me a little nostalgic for the past. i am also glad that it is just the two of us catching up. i'm not someone that will ever be comfortable spending time with an ex girlfriend and their new love. just not me. |
