i've had an enjoyable summer thus far involving my trip to btown, family visits to the twin cities (that always involve good food and mostly good fun -- i complained a little bit about the county fair but all in all i had a good time). upcoming i have cucumbers to pickle, brunches to be had, devorah & kevin and family weekend away (cabin near brainerd, very exciting), more family in town!, 30th birthday's to celebrate, and that brings me into mid-september where as far as i can tell as this point my schedule is clear. i still need a job that i enjoy. i look pretty much every day. i have a weekly ritual where i apply. i'm thinking about another master's starting next fall. i still need to make my apartment look less like i just moved in. it is taking me quite a while, i admit. and, well, i think that's it. |
