first day of therapy went well. i think i can just breathe better knowing that i have another ear and a resource to help deal with things better. she kept saying, that's a lot. that's a lot all at once. yeah, i know. also, she seemed to have no reservations about me going to costa rica. she said it would be good to talk things out. which i also think. have thought all along. but still, i'm scared of going all that way and maybe not getting anywhere. |
