my new year's weekend was fantastic it started with dinner at my parentals and game night - scrabble, rummicube. next was a movie with A and her mom - not the best movie, but still some good bonding time. i did a good deal of shopping friday afternoon and saturday day to make sure i was covered for nye and nyday, because i had a feeling that cass and pete would stay the night. and i was right, so i'm glad i did all the prep work. plus we were sort of snowed in. not really and officially, but for safety's sake we were. nye turned out nicely with some scrabble playing and texas hold em. and good foods. and some yearly reflections and resolutions. and then yesterday was chill around the house day. watch a not so great homo movie. and go to bed early day. i have two interviews this week. let's hope i get one. on top of that, let's hope i get the development one! |
