i had a successful culinary experience this weekend that involved me crafting the perfect menu that involved salad (with my own hand crafted dressing), green beans, and eggplant rollatini (eggplant breaded and then stuffed with ricotta & mozarrella cheeses and herbs and then baked - i can thank katey for that recipe). and then there was chocolate and strawberries for dessert. all in all quite the elegant experience. and then later in the weekend there was a northfield trip and a second baby riley experience (that is one cute kid!), and now i have a witness to verify said information. she (said witness, antonia) could hardly let go of this cutey baby for one moment, there was rocking and shhhhing and singing and mostly lots of baby, antonia, liora cuddling with is maybe my new favorite past time. watch out cese and paw (cass and pete) for liora and antonia the babynappers, also i think you just found yourself two very willing babysitters. very very willing. |
