bad news from minnesota seems as though i'm not enrolling as a phd candidate there next fall, now is about the time i start kicking myself for only applying to two schools. and when i start crossing my fingers that i land nyu. i know i won't hear until march sometime. at the earliest. so i won't be surprised by a 7am email saying that i can read my decision online. quite informal. although expedient i must admit. bastards. i am mad at them, and it is starting to feel like adding insult to injury, as i'm still job hunting. i do have a few more leads as of this morning. but i need a job today. today today today. except not literally today because i'm still sick and achey and all around not 100%. |
