i have my first research meeting tomorrow. it is low stress because it's just a preliminary planning meeting. but it's occurring much earlier than my morning usually calls for, so i may be half awake at this meeting. the cool thing is that julie has a car now so maybe she'll take me around town.

and, i heard that i got the TA that i wanted in the fall. it's for The Art of Film taught by an incoming professor. i don't know him but i've heard good things about him. i'm excited that i get to TA because that means that one day i might get to be a real professor. mom, i'm a real boy!
